Consultant – Tour & Travel Industry
We are seeking an experienced Consultant in the Tour & Travel industry to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on North India destinations including Shimla, Manali, Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh etc etc. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with proven expertise in designing itineraries, managing client relations, and driving revenue growth in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Planning & Consulting: Design customized itineraries for North India (Shimla, Manali, Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh).
- Client Engagement: Provide expert advice, handle queries, and ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services and partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Work on a revenue-sharing model to maximize profitability.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on tourism trends, seasonal demand, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the tour & travel industry, with strong knowledge of North India destinations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, itinerary design, vendor coordination, and client handling.
- Location: Initially Work From Home (WFH) for 3 months.
- Commitment: Ability to work independently and deliver results under a revenue-sharing arrangement.
Compensation
- Revenue Sharing Basis (initial 3 months).
