We are seeking a Sales Consultant with strong experience in the IT services industry, specializing in web development, website maintenance, and SEO solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine sales acumen with technical awareness to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify prospects, pitch IT services, and close deals.
- Solution Selling: Present tailored offerings in web development, maintenance, and SEO.
- Proposal Development: Craft persuasive proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long‑term partnerships and ensure repeat business.
- Revenue Growth: Operate on a revenue‑sharing model to maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in IT sales or consulting, with exposure to web solutions and SEO.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing knowledge.
- Location: Initially Work From Home (WFH) for 3 months.
- Commitment: Independent, target‑driven, and able to deliver measurable results.
Compensation
- Revenue Sharing Basis (initial 3 months).
- Potential transition into a fixed role based on performance.
